The BlackBery Leap Jumps Into Mid-level Market

In North America in 18 months the BlackBerry Leap is sort of an upgrade.

While it will always be synonymous with a handheld having a physical keyboard, BlackBerry has to make products for a world where most people use touchscreen-only devices.

That's the spot where the new BlackBerry Leap hopes to land.

It’s the company's first all-touchscreen phone in 18 months in North America, following up on the Z30, and it’s sort of an upgrade for the die-hard users who bought into the company's comeback devices.
